Tahoe Donner Annual Home Sales Statistics Report for Single Family Property Sold from 2002 - 2012

In Tahoe Donner, resort community in Truckee Ca. I have listed below the Annual (Single Family) Sales Report from 2003 - 2012. It has some interesting information about the current Real Estate Market in Tahoe Donner. Last year (2012) in TD we are seeing sales and prices of single family homes very similar to what they were in late 2002 / early 2003.  Which was the start of the real estate market boom that peaked in 2005/2006?  Real Estate being cyclical and looking at the sales data in the last 10 years we could be looking at an upswing in 2013 both in price and sales.  Price is based on demand and with the demand being high in Tahoe Donner with low inventory, prices and interest rates we could expect to see an increase in prices in 2013.
