First a back story as to how we found Stephanie--- Our son was visiting for Christmas, on the 26th we wanted to show him some of the local flavor. The last stop was an establishment in downtown Minden. It was there a conversation started with another patron. We told this gentleman that our son may be moving to Reno after the new year. At that point he proclaimed that his sister in-law is THE BEST realtor in the area. Numbers were exchanged, on the spot we were introduced to Stephanie. In late January our son's company asked him to take an opening at the Reno location, and start April 1. The call went out to Stephanie who jumped right to work as we had a short time to find a home, close a deal and get moved. She quickly arranged walk throughs of many properties that met our requirements. We settled on a very nice townhouse in North Reno and made an offer. Stephanie and the team were great to work with all the way through the process. The deal was done, son moved in and back to work April 1. The three of us could not be happier.

We are absolutely thrilled with our experience working with Amanda and Scott Gunter to sell our home in Verdi. From the moment they walked in the door, it was obvious these were the right people for us. Just about the most caring, competent, honest, and hard-working people I have ever worked with. We were buyers located out-of-state and selling a well-located but slightly dated house, so they took care of the vast majority of repairs, cleaning, storage, and staging, so we ended up needing to do very little. They also came up with many great ideas, communicated well, and always worked to kept costs to a minimum -- only things that were high bang for the buck.
