A prestigious audience of luxury real estate professionals from around the world convened at the Luxury Portfolio SUMMIT, Feb 24-26 at The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas. Participants included Rebecca Dickson, Vice President of Luxury at Dickson Realty and members of their Luxury Division: Brooke Sullivan, Carol Bond, Monica Gore, Cathy Hamel, Diana Renfroe, Nancy Fennell, Kathy Leggett and Mary Jurkonis. Speakers included television personality and author Joan Lunden, Pulitzer Prize-winning humor columnist and a bestselling author Dave Barry, President and Chief Executive Officer of the Mortgage Bankers Association Dave Stevens, Vice Chairman of Harrison Group Dr. Jim Taylor, real estate technology expert Matthew Ferrara, real estate authority Steve Harney, Customer service expert Debbie Maier and home positioning specialist Martha Webb. Also featured were numerous top-producing sales associates who shared their unique success strategies.
Sessions addressed a range of timely topics, from the latest in generational, lifestyle and social marketing to how to communicate with and consult today’s luxury consumer. In-depth discussions offered real-life examples of how the best luxury real estate specialists can become even more effective, whether consulting clients who are contemplating a renovation, assisting celebrities and VIPS or responding to the needs and preferences of different generational groups.
