Tanya Barron

Tanya Barron, a longtime resident of Truckee, comes from a strong background in finance & accounting, marketing, and customer service. Tanya’s financial insight gives her the ability to help clients weigh options when making real estate decisions. With exceptional attention to detail and extensive knowledge in the field, Tanya will go the extra mile to help you with the buying or selling process.

Tanya fell in love with the ambiance of Truckee when visiting from Saratoga and moved up shortly after.

Starting in 1995, she worked in Marketing & Sales at Northstar-at-Tahoe, was an Accounting Supervisor at Squaw Valley, and since then has run her own business in accounting for more than a decade, specializing in the construction industry. 

Tanya gives back to the community as a Business Advisor for the Small Business Development Center in Truckee, and works with the Finance Department at The Truckee Donner Land Trust.

Tanya enjoys snowboarding, paddle boarding, hiking, mountain biking, E-Biking (new addiction), wakeboarding, dancing, and especially the views in our beautiful region. Tanya and her husband raised their children in Truckee, her daughter will be graduating from High School next year. Truckee-Tahoe has given Tanya and her family many years of enjoyment and she hopes it will do the same for you.
