Sarah is originally from Arizona and Southern California. She visited Incline Village many times over the past few years and then, after being stuck in one too many traffic jams she decided to move to Incline Village. 

During the past 20 years she has been very active in commercial and residential real estate development and management. She also has a background in accounting, construction planning, construction development, franchise operations and overseeing certain real estate investments and construction projects. Sarah has taken in depth training and received elite designations for ABR ~ accredited buyer’s representative, SRS ~ seller’s representative specialist, RSPS ~ resort and second home property specialist, RENE ~ Real Estate Negotiations Expert and CRS ~ certified residential specialist.

Her personal passions range from animals to the ocean, mountain biking to surfing and the outdoors, to real estate. She is currently a board member for Wylie Animal Rescue Foundation, a local rescue. She loves to travel and has been all over from China to New Zealand. She firmly believes that her passionate and honest work ethic, her love to work with people, and her complete dedication to being a full-time Realtor will be a great attribute to her Real Estate career, Dickson Realty and the entire Lake Tahoe, Reno & Carson Valley communities.

Dave Hanczarek

Dave was born and raised in Manchester, NH and moved to North Lake Tahoe in the fall of 1988, where he attended Sierra Nevada College in Incline Village. After earning his B.S. Degree in Business Administration, he went on to help open one of the restaurants at the brand newresort in Squaw Valley. With a couple of years of management experience under his belt he and another college friend opened their own restaurant in Incline Village. After many years as a local resident and business owner, Dave then pursued his interest in real estate by joining a local real estate firm in early 2003.

Dave has been in the real estate business for over 18 years and has proven to be very knowledgeable in the North Lake Tahoe area along with showing great dedication and perseverance in his profession. Aside from being a real estate professional, Dave is a big outdoor enthusiast and enjoys skiing, snowboarding, hiking, mountain biking, paddle boarding, wakeboarding and any other recreational activity that beautiful Lake Tahoe has to offer.
