After 26+ years of living in the Lake Tahoe area, I was lucky enough to move to Reno ten years ago and have never looked back. Northern Nevada is an amazing place to live, and I love being a full-time professional real estate agent here with Dickson Realty. Before real estate, I was a custom home builder in the Truckee area for over 26 years. That experience has given me a unique advantage; I understand the entire process of building a home from the ground up. Through the dozens of speculative home projects that I have built, I have a keen sense of the need for strong marketing and putting your best foot forward.

I value the relationships created with clients and work hard to exceed expectations. As a small business owner, my negotiation skills have been fine-tuned over the years, and I have a proven track record of getting deals done. I also have experience with seeking out the best cap rate opportunities and understand the challenges of owning income properties from being an investor in multiple income properties myself. All of this varied experience helps me do a better job for my clients. For me, the client’s goals are my top priority, and I will work tirelessly to achieve them.
