Nancy Fennell

Nancy Fennell is a powerhouse in the world of real estate, bringing over three decades of expertise to the table. From 1988 to 1995, Nancy was both a Top Producing Agent and a leader in the company.  In 1995 she became President of Dickson Realty and remained in that role until 2020 when she stepped up to being the Chief Executive Officer of Dickson Realty. She has played a pivotal role in establishing this renowned independent residential real estate firm (80th largest independent firm in the country)  as a market leader in Northern Nevada and California. With a distinguished track record and affiliations with businesses in title, mortgage, and commercial real estate sectors, Nancy has helped position Dickson Realty as a trusted name in the industry.
