Real Estate is a vocation I love because it allows me a diversity of experience every day and a diversity of clients that broadens my 25 years of positive results. I joined the real estate industry in 1986 and nothing has changed except my understanding and knowledge that I give to my clients.

Buyers, Listings and Investment Properties

As a Buyer’s Agent, I work to find the home that fits their criteria and meets their lifestyle. My job is to work only for the buyers and to find them the best possible purchase for their needs. I’ve lived in northern Nevada all of my life and am very familiar with all of our communities which allows me the ability to give informed answers to buyer questions.

As a Listing Agent, I maintain honest and open communication with my clients. Appropriate pricing for their house to allow a fair and comfortable price for a quick sale is my expertise. I utilize available technology for my listings so that online product is easily accessible, and I network professionally with other agents to bring attention to my listings.

 I will always advise a client that I choose not to work as a buying and listing agent for the same property as that represents a conflict that serves neither client.

 I am also an expert with investment properties, both multi-dwelling and single-family residences and can serve your needs at any time.

 Charitable Works

 I am very proud to be an active and contributing member of my community through time that  I donate to the  Nevada Discovery Museum (for children), RSR Legislative Committee, the Economic Development Authority of Western Nevada (EDWAN) and Habitat for Humanity where I was on the board of directors in 2000, coordinated the donation of land from Sierra Pacific Power (now NV Energy) and over the last 10 years, coordinated the fundraising for projects from the Reno-Sparks Association of Realtors®.
