Caryn Phelps

As a licensed Realtor affiliated with Dickson Realty, market leader for the greater Reno area, I take great pride in assisting buyers and sellers. 

First licensed in Summer 2002, Dickson Realty was a natural choice for me due to their excellent training and support as well as their presence and track record.  It seemed like wherever I went, I saw the bright yellow and blue signs in front yards!

For the next 17 years, I had the pleasure of working in the Sparks, Somersett, and Caughlin Ranch offices.  I was able to successfully traverse the continual waves in the real estate market, including the crash in 2008.  Then in 2019, I was afforded the chance to work in luxury new home sales, where I learned a great deal about the construction process and much more for the next four years.  Now I am thrilled to say that I came back home to Dickson Realty in 2024!  

Outside of work, I cherish my role as mother to two daughters and grandmother to three special grandsons.  I enjoy quality time with my family and friends, movies and music, and most of all, good food and fine wine.  On any given day off, you can find me walking the Sparks Marina or doing yoga in my Zen room.  My happy place is in the kitchen, trying new recipes or baking cookies or muffins.

I personally believe in giving back to the community and I volunteer for various organizations.  My absolute favorite is spending time with my Little Sister through the Big Brothers Big Sisters organization.
