I have been a REALTOR at Dickson Realty for more than 30 years. So, I’ve had the pleasure of witnessing the inner workings of an agency that puts its team members first. Dickson Realty uses cutting-edge technology and provides the tools we need to be successful. They also allow me the freedom to work in a way that best suits me. My wedding was in Harvey and Nancy Fennell’s backyard. We’re like family.What’s your prediction for the Northern Nevada real estate market in 2021?
I predict COVID-19 restrictions will ease, and the warmer months will provide more homes on the market. This should hopefully flatten the curve of homes selling for over-asking prices. Currently, the white-hot pace is not sustainable. I also expect more people to continue moving to Reno from California and other states.How do you give back to our community?
Over the years, I’ve coached junior basketball for the YMCA and Washoe County. I’ve also contributed my time to supporting Moms on the Run and the MC Believe In Education 5K Fun Run.What’s a local insider tip you’d like to share with our readers?
