Kristen Smith

Kristen grew up in a real estate development family in Southern California. Weekends were spent "kicking the dirt", walking all sorts of residential, commercial and industrial development projects. This is where she gained the respect, understanding and love for real estate.

Kristen holds a Bachelors Degree from the University of Southern California in Urban and Regional Planning. In 1996, she received her MBA with an emphasis in Real Estate from the University of California, Berkeley. Upon graduating from Cal Berkley, Kristen joined Kaufman and Broad in their Land Acquisition group.

Kristen's first real estate sales position was selling new condominiums in downtown San Francisco at One Emarcadero. Kristen moved from new home sales to residential resales about ten years ago and has found her home at Dickson Realty, serving the greater Reno Tahoe area. Kristen is both a licensed Broker in the state of California and a licensed Broker-Sales Agent in the state of Nevada.

Kristen brings a lifetime of residential experience to assist her clients in both purchasing and selling their homes. From her father's early teachings about homebuilding, Kristen shares his passion for making home ownership a reality for her clients. Kristen brings a level of sophistication and reach when marketing properties for sale, finding the right buyer at the right time for the right home!
