Northstar

Northstar is a complete year-round destination resort located between Truckee and Lake Tahoe off Highway 267. It is a master planned community with homes, condos and shared ownership opportunities. Northstar provides a first rate rental program for any properties located within the subdivision. Amenities include one of Tahoe's most popular intermediate family Ski Areas, Championship 18-hole Golf Course, Tennis, Recreation Center, Pools, Spas, Sauna, Fitness Center, Adventure Challenge Ropes Course, Rock-Wall Climbing, Orienteering, Guided Nature Hikes, Equestrian Center with stables and Mountain Bike Park and School. Big Springs is a newer development phase in Northstar. New homes have been completed and many have the Old Tahoe Style architecture.
