South Shore of Lake Tahoe in Douglas County, Nevada , is made up of numerous communities such as Stateline, Zephyr Cove and Glenbrook.  Within these areas there are subdivisions which vary in their uniqueness and amenities.  Subdivisions within the Glenbrook are Glenbrook, Uppaway, Logan Creek , Cedarbrook, and Pittman Terrace.  Also located within this area are large parcel estate properties some boasting lakefront locations and others offering lake views. In Zephyr Cove you can find the subdivisions of Cave Rock, Lincoln Park, Lakeridge, Hidden Woods, Zephyr Cove, Zephyr Knolls, Zephyr Heights, Marla Bay, Pinewild, Round Hill, Elks Point, and Lake Village. Large parcel estate properties not associated with any subdivision are also included in Zephyr Cove. The Stateline area provides the exciting casino gaming corridor, various commercial ventures including Heavenly Valley and The Ridge timeshare development along with a variety of mixed use residential areas.  In addition, there are a couple of subdivisions: Granite Springs, Ansaldo Acres, Tahoe Village, and Summit Village. As with the other areas, various large parcel estate properties are located within the boundary.
