This small Lake Tahoe town of Crystal Bay overlooks its namesake… with stunning views of the lake.  Crystal Bay straddles the state line separating California and Nevada. While visiting the Cal-Neva resort you are able to dive in their pool in California and swim to Nevada without getting out of the water. The Casino’s in Crystal Bay were made famous in the early ‘60’s with such names as Frank Sinatra, Marilyn Monroe, and Jack Kennedy. If only we could turn back the clocks.

Crystal Bay is preparing for an up-scale transformation. The planning has begun for a “Destination Resort” comprising of 14 acres that will include a 400 room Hotel and Condominiums. The mission at Boulder Bay on North Lake Tahoe is to create a vibrant cultural village that benefits the community and the environment.
