Lakeshore Blvd is probably one of the most expensive streets in the country. Property that fronts Lake Tahoe is prime real estate.  What makes these lake front homes so desirable? Also famous for Lakeshore are the two private beaches: Burnt Cedar (Named for an old large cedar tree that burned, lightning strike), and Incline Beach/Ski Beach. Lakeshore Blvd. is the “Board Walk” of Incline Village, especially in the spring, summer and fall months.
