Saddlehorn was developed in the late 80's & early 90's to fill the ever growing need for luxury homes & homesites in the Reno area. The Southwest Suburban area was emerging as a popular place to live and work so the upscale neighborhood of Saddlehorn rose to the occasion.

Created and developed by Jasick & Nichols, Saddlehorn is an exciting mix of styles and textures with a variety of architectural offerings. Saddlehorn also appealed to a myriad of builders and architects wanting to expand their vision of luxury property into the Southwest Suburban area. There are still approximately 40 custom home lots sprinkled throughout Saddlehorn with most of these parcels being located in the newest Southern end of the development.
