12 Months of Median Price Home Sales

icon_market_stat_60In the past 12 months, our community has seen a decrease in median price in the Reno/Sparks area of approximately 27%.  The primary driver to this decrease in median price is due to the volume of short sales and foreclosures, with Reno/Sparks being one of the hardest hit foreclosure areas in the country. Some neighborhoods have been affected more than others.
