Career Summary

Experience 1999 to Present: Consultant Dickson Commercial Group In the beginning of 1999, Tom made a career change to the field of real estate focusing on the industrial sector. He has progressed rapidly, closing a number of transactions after many years of experience in the Ownership and Development of Industrial Properties on the West Coast.

He has most recently been successful in handling a large tract industrial/retail land in south Reno. Tom is currently working with a number of national credit tenants looking for new sites in northern Nevada.
