Sallan has been in the Reno-Tahoe area for 18 years and has been selling real estate for the last 15 years, having sold primarily in Lake Tahoe until moving to in 2001. She has been a top-producer since moving to Reno and a number-one agent for sales volume in 2007.

Heather is also very involved in our community. She has run the Community Outreach program for her children’s elementary school for the last 6 years and is very engaged in helping needy families who need food, clothing, and gifts during the holidays. Market datA for June 2010

Hello Everyone-
This report shows continued sluggishness in the market place. These numbers might be skewed a bit due to the expiration of the first time home buyer’s credit. We see a trend in entry level home prices going UP slightly. I think the July and August numbers will give us a better feel for what is happening in the 150K-250K range. I have seen many exceptional prices on homes at the peak of the market that sold for 450K-700K selling for half that price. I hope this information is helpful. End the recession

Are you tired of the recession and conversations about high unemployment, lowering property values and budget cuts? It is time to do something about it. The Reno Tahoe Winter Games coalition is committed to bringing the winter games to Northern Nevada and California in 2022.
Through this organization we can increase property values, add many jobs, bring new business to the area, and add much value to our community through infrastructure and facility improvements. We will also work with UNR to develop young leaders and show the world what a fabulous place and community we live.
