Drawing house plans as a second grader in Tucson, Arizona and making cardboard and brick playhouses, having a home, was always, and is my passion, my love. Being married to a residential and commercial builder, who has built over 200,000 homes in his career, gives me a deep appreciation of the process. Along with my husband, we have had the opportunity to build two custom homes of our own in Southern California. Being exposed to the planning and construction and seeing the team effort of the contractors, the skill and the workmanship, it is truly an amazing transformation in building a home.

Having been a grocery buyer for a large Supermarket Chain in Southern California for fifteen years and branching out into selling to food chains across the United States taught me the importance of understanding what motivates a buyer. I never knew the skills I developed in food sales could be so helpful in selling Real Estate. Dealing with different ethnic areas and marketing to different cultures is important and to respect the individual life styles that make up our homes.

Selling new homes in Reno-Sparks area for the past eight years and winning the Sales Person of the Year in 2005 from the Builder’s Association of Northern Nevada was an honor I take seriously. It reflects my commitment to the buyer, seller and the home.
