I started my career in the Building Industry in the early 1970's in San Diego with HandyMan Inc. as Director of Store Planning and Construction. In 1973, I moved to the Los Angeles area as Director of Store Planning and Construction for United Sporting Goods.

In 1976 I received my, General Contractor License B-1, building custom homes in the San Fernando Valley, until the early 1980's.

In the 1980's, I joined Coldwell Banker in Northern California and was a top producer for 8 years primarily working with Developers in Sub Division Development.

As Director of Sales and Marketing, I'm involved in all aspects of Sales and Marketing as well as training and working with the Sales Force overseeing all advertising campaigns.
