Dan Rider - Broker Owner

Dan is a Reno native and began his career in Real Estate in 1991 with a very simple approach to the business, to keep his clients best interests at heart at all times. To support this philosophy he has made a strong commitment to honesty and open communication. Dan prides himself in providing skilled, reliable advice and service to his clients. He believes that all business relationships must be based upon trust.

As a Vice President and Partner in the company Dan has developed many of Dickson Realty’s nationally recognized training programs. These programs provide a comprehensive strategy for success for both new and seasoned licensees. His experience as an instructor has served him well. He’s considered an expert in contracts, negotiation, marketing and technology. His clients and the agents of Dickson Realty continually benefit from that expertise.

Dan has years of business experience in the Reno, Sparks and Lake Tahoe areas. He’s a strong believer in giving back to these communities. Dan has a long list of both community and trade association involvement including 2005 “Realtor of The Year” as well as past President and founding member of the Northern Nevada Regional MLS.
