The real estate business has always been a passion of mine and I have had years of experience in related positions including the mortgage industry. I obtained my Nevada real estate license in 2005. Prior to pursuing my long time dream of becoming a Realtor I had a career in education for 15 years working with high school students and adults with a focus on career counseling and marketing educational programs to the community. Concurrently I maintained a home based business selling women's fashions. 

Born and raised in the San Francisco Bay Area I resided primarily in Contra Costa County. The Tahoe/Reno area has always been home as well. Our family has been on the west shore of Lake Tahoe at Meeks Bay since the 1870's. The Tahoe Historical Society announced in 2007 that our family, descendents of the Murphy Bros. and Morgan, is the oldest family on the lake with homes on the original property. We are proud to be a part of that heritage. My husband George and I moved to Reno in 2002 and wish we had made the move years before. We think this is a great place to live!
