Kathy Norris -

Kathleen Norris began her career in real estate ten years ago as a sales agent working on projects in the Napa Valley and San Francisco Bay Area. Since then, she has been the Director of Sales and Marketing for a multi-billion dollar international real estate company with offices in California and Arizona,  working on developer projects from 64 acres to 230,000 acres. She is currently licensed in both Arizona and California and she is a member of the Plumas Board of Realtors. 

Since July of 2007, when she first came back to get married in Portola, she noticed at first glance that the real estate listings, many in excess of 500+ days on the market, were numerous. In September 2008, Kathy moved back to her hometown of Portola, CA.  Realizing that there was a market in her old stomping grounds for someone with broader real estate experience that could help sellers sell and bring in fresh perspective and purchasing clientele, she began to seek out reputable real estate companies that matched her philosophy in both ethics and priority, which is that the customer comes first.
