Norm Nicholls has lived in the Truckee/North Tahoe area for 40 years and has been a full time Realtor for over 27 years. Norm was born and raised in the Bay Area, went to San Jose State College, spent 4 years in the U.S. Navy, then relocated to the Truckee/Tahoe area to follow his passion for outdoor sports and activities.

Norm has extensive experience, knowledge, and understanding of the complex and diverse mountain area real estate market. He represents both Buyers and Sellers and possesses a strong commitment to customer service and satisfaction.

I really enjoy working with Baby Boomers….especially those who now consider themselves “super seniors.” 60 is now the new 40, and many retirees are heading to the mountains rather than to the deserts (although some are fortunate enough to do both).

I also enjoy working with young families who, like myself and my family, have decided to move to the Truckee/North Tahoe area to enjoy the clean air, the environment, and the many recreational and professional opportunities available.
