After years in the Bay area, we moved to Donner Summit in 1975 for a simpler life, raising our four children and thirteen grandchildren, living and loving the mountain life.

Since 1981, we have worked in the field of real estate, helping people buy and sell property in all the Truckee-Tahoe area, with a special knowledge of the locale in which we live - Donner Summit and especially the popular Serene Lakes area.

On most weekends during fall, spring and summer, you can find Corky, with his oh-so-familiar cowboy hat and a cheery "Howdy", holding an open house.

Welcoming both newcomers and familiar faces, he's happy to answer questions, hand out maps and brochures and assist you in any way he can, whether you're looking to buy or sell or just curious about the area. GiGi and Corky enjoy cooking, fishing, camping, touring in their motorhome and a multitude of activities that come with 13 grandchildren - kids, baseball, soccer and basketball games, school plays, music and dance concerts, horse shows and graduations. And after more than 50 years of marriage, they still enjoy each other too!
