When Samantha first arrived in Reno in January of 2000 she felt immediately at home. The mountains, golf courses and famous Reno Skyline solidified what she had first thought...this is a great place to live.

After growing up in West Texas; Samantha attended New Mexico State University where she obtained a degree in Marketing. She then went on to specialize in advertising and special events in the golf, skiing and gaming industries.

Samantha became involved in Downtown Reno with The Palladio, Reno's newest urban luxury high rise. In December 2006 Samantha and her partner Kathie became the listing agents for The Palladio and they realized that Downtown Reno is where they wanted to be.  Downtown Reno has seen a revitalization and expansion in and around its core in the last few years. New restaurants, clubs and boutique shops have all opened recently. The new Triple-A baseball team, the Reno Aces will started play in the spring of 2009 and the new West St. Market opened in December of 2008. The market brings the West St. Wine Bar (of which Samantha is a Co-Owner), a bakery, Greek deli, the Reno eNVy store, concerts, farmer's market and grocery store to the downtown residents. All of this is why Samantha has focused her passion for real estate to Downtown Reno, where it's all about the lifestyle. In whatever spare time she can muster, Samantha is an avid golfer, skier and scuba diver.  All of which can be enjoyed in the amazing landscape of Northern Nevada.
