- GRI - Graduate, Realtor's Institute (90 Classroom Hours + Comprehensive Test)
- CRS - Certified Residential Specialist (Extensive sales experience, specially accredited advanced classes in listing, selling, marketing, financing, etc. with Comprehensive Test after each class)
- SRES - Seniors Real Estate Specialist (Specialized course and Test with specific information about working with and helping Seniors to make the right decisions when they are dealing with their properties, homes and retirement)
- Works with a Broker/Salesman License by passing a more comprehensive test that most sales agents, as well as meeting other educational and experience requirements.
- Additionally, she has taken college courses to attain a higher degree of knowledge, has participated in and chaired committees for the Reno/Sparks Assn. of REALTORS® and Nevada Assn. of REALTORS®, was a Director for the Nevada Assn. of REALTORS®, and a Director for the Reno/Sparks Association of REALTORS® for 6 years, 2001 President for the Nevada State "CRS" Chapter, and was a Regional Vice President for the States of Montana and Idaho from 2003 thru 2006 for the National Association, Council of Residential Specialists, and in 2006, also Wyoming.
- She was also honored to have received the "CRS of the Year" Awards from the Sierra Nevada CRS Chapter in 2002 & 2005, as well as receiving the Nevada State "Distinguished REALTOR® Award" for 2005. She served as a Director on the Council of Residential Specialists Board of Directors in 2007 and was 1 of 12 selected to attend the first CRS Leadership Academy in 2007, and is currently serving as Chair of the Nevada Association of REALTORS® By-Laws & Policy Committee in 2008.
Bonnie is also very active in other organizations which have had an impact on the community, in particular the International Service and Cultural Sorority of Beta Sigma Phi, serving as 1994-95 and 2001-02 Chapter President of Preceptor Pi, 2006-2007 Chapter Vice President & 2007-2008 Chapter Treasurer, 1995-96 Reno/Sparks Council President & 1999-2000 Recording Secretary, as well as many other offices in the Chapter Working at the Reno Air Races, donating funds and clothing for the Angel Tree at Christmas, donating canned goods to the Food Bank, donating play equipment for the children at the Mission, buying school supplies, furniture and preparing lunch and crafts projects for a teen-age substance abuse home, are just a few of the projects held to help benefit the less fortunate and troubled.
Bonnie is a native Californian, moving to Reno in 1986, and is thoroughly enjoying the four seasons, with the excitement of watching it snow in Winter, the warm days and cool evenings in the Summer and the gorgeous trees turning in the Fall.
